"Bagging instructions were "pretty clear""
The bagging instructions and labels were easy to follow. I was only a little unsure about one item, but everything worked out and pickup went "smoothly" overall.

"They fixed the issue quickly"
I had a small problem with my pickup time, so I emailed them about it. They got back to me later that same day, and got it fixed without a bunch of back and forth, which I appreciated. It wasn’t totally perfect, since I did have to follow up once, but in the end, everything got sorted quick. Overall, I’m happy with how they handled it

"Super easy pickup"
I booked the pickup online. Then I left the bags by my front door. The driver showed up during the time window and took everything. I didn’t have to be home. I didn’t have to talk to anyone either. It was really simple and saved me a trip. I’d use Helpsy again.

"They Pick It Up Every Time"
I just put my bags out on pickup day and they get taken, every time. I don’t have to call around or wonder if someone’s coming. It’s been consistent in my neighborhood so far, really consistent.

"Still Wondering Where My Clothes Actually Went"
Pickup was simple enough, and I do like the idea behind the service. But i left feeling a little uneasy because there wasn’t much info about what happens to the clothes after they’re picked up. I was hoping for more transparency about what gets reused or donated. I’m not saying anything went wrong, but I’d appreciate an apology or at least some clarification, because I don’t feel totally confident that my clothes didn’t just end up being wasted.

"Canceling was way easier than I expected"
I needed to cancel my pickup and was expecting it to be a hassle, I was already kind of bracing myself for some annoying process.

But the steps were really clear and I didn’t have to call anyone or sit around waiting for someone to get back to me. I had it sorted out in just a few minutes.

I really appreciate when a company makes canceling simple too, not just the sign-up part. Overall, it was a good experience.

"Mobile booking was alright, I guess"
I booked a pickup on my phone and, yeah, it did work in the end. The page was kind of slow though, and I had to tap a couple things more than once, which was a little annoying. I did get the confirmation, so I can’t really complain too much. I just kind of wish the mobile site felt smoother and was a bit easier to use

"Driver was really professional"
I had a pickup with Helpsy and the driver was great. Showed up right on time, was polite, just kind of handled everything without making it a whole thing. I had a few bags, a bit more than I thought maybe, but he took them all no problem. Really appreciated how professional and respectful he was. Super easy overall.

I was able to reschedule without too much trouble, which was good. I think I reached out in the morning—or maybe it was the day before, but support took a little longer than I expected to get back to me. Not a huge deal, just a bit of a hassle while I was trying to figure out the new time

"Free pickup was actually worth it"
I tried helpsy because I had a few bags of old clothes sitting around, and compared to other times when I’ve had to haul stuff somewhere myself or pay for disposal, this was way easier. The fact that the pickup was free made the decision simple.

Booking only took a couple minutes, and they showed up when they said they would. It wasn’t some big fancy process, just a straightforward service that helped me clear out space without the usual hassle. I’d definitely use it again...

"Easy to trust and use"
I’ve used helpsy a few times now and it’s always been smooth. The pickup info is clear, they show up when they say they will, and I’ve never run into any strange issues. Weirdly, I still remember one pickup because I had left the bag next to a tiny garden gnome by the steps, and it was gone right on schedule.

It just feels like a company you can trust, which is why I keep going back to them. Nothing flashy or complicated, just easy, reliable, and honest in my experience.

"Decent pickup times, just bad timing on my part"
Booking was straightforward, and there were a handful of pickup slots available. I was hoping to get something a little sooner, but I guess my timing was just off and I had to pick a later day. It wasn’t a big deal though, and everything still worked out fine.

"I’d use Helpsy again for a big closet cleanout"
I tried helpsy when I had a bunch of clothes to donate, and overall it was a easy experience. The pickup did happen on the scheduled day, just a bit later than I was expecting. If I only had one small bag, I might just drop it off myself, but for a larger donation it was really convenient and saved me the extra trip. I’d probably use them again.

I liked that they had a clear list of what they take... it made things a lot easier because I didn’t have to guess before packing up my bags
